LOGISTICS:
Q. How do I redeem my voucher?
A. Easy!! Simply present your voucher at the CInema's box office. The voucher is valid for any movie at any session time; unless otherwise stated in our terms and conditions.
Q. My voucher has expired. Is there anything I can do?
A. As all vouchers from this website are issued with a 12 month validity, under no circumstances can they be replaced/extended.
Q. I lost my vouchers. Can anything be done?
A. You should keep your AMV's somewhere secure; as they cannot be replaced if lost.
Q. When will I receive my vouchers in the mail?
A. Please allow up to 3 business days from your purchase date.
Q. Can I book a movie session direct with Australian Movie Voucher or online with the cinema I want to attend?
A. No, unfortunately not. Vouchers are only redeemable in person at the box office of each participating cinema.
CORPORATE PURCHASES:
Q. Can larger numbers of the Australian Movie Voucher be purchased by Corporate clients?
A. Yes, certainly.
Q. Do further discounts apply for larger Corporate orders?
A. Yes; substantial ones.
