Your Australian Movie Voucher will be accepted at any of our Participating Cinemas for any movie or show time unless otherwise stipulated in our terms and conditions.

PLEASE NOTE - Under regular circumstances, all voucher orders will be delivered to you within 3 working days from purchase date.

Q. What payment methods do we accept?

A. We accept the following major credit cards: Visa or Mastercard; as well as PayPal.

Q. Can I redeem my vouchers online?

A. At this stage, unfortunately not. All vouchers must be exchanged in person for an entry ticket at the box office at each participating cinema.

Q. My vouchers have expired. Is there anything I can do?

A. As all vouchers from this website are issued with a 12 month validity, under no circumstances can they be replaced/extended.

Q. What about if I lose them?

A. You should keep your AMV's somewhere secure; as they cannot be replaced if lost.

Q. What does 'NFT' mean?

A. 'NFT' stands for No Free Tickets. Often when a film is in it's first or second week of release, the film's Distributor embargoes complementry tickets - these are listed as 'No Free Tickets'.
